The recruitment process for GO4ZERO can include several stages: pre-selection based on CVs and cover letters, technical or psychometric tests depending on the position, interviews with HR and team managers, and finally a final assessment before the job offer.
We are looking for candidates with in-depth skills in engineering, project management, sustainable development and industrial technology. We particularly value candidates who demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to take initiative and be proactive in their approach.
Candidates must be agile, able to adapt quickly to a large-scale project, and provide innovative solutions in the face of challenges. Experience in the cement or heavy industry sector is preferred, as is a strong motivation to actively contribute to the decarbonization of the cement industry.

However, for this major project with significant technical challenges, real-time collaboration and coordination are crucial, making on-site presence necessary.
